    A consultant gives you recommendations and leaves. As your Fractional VP, I'm accountable for implementation and results. I'm part of your leadership team—just not full-time.

  • How does a fractional engagement work?

    We agree a steady rhythm of involvement. I own the commercial plan and the weekly cadence while developing your leaders so the system runs smoothly without me.

  • How do we get started?

    We have a short call to pressure-test your goals, map the next moves and decide if we’re a good fit. If we are, I’ll outline a 90-day plan and a clean proposal so we can get started.

  • What results can we expect?

    You’ll get a clear plan, tighter focus, better conversations with buyers, a steady weekly rhythm, cleaner forecasts and a team that knows what good looks like—and you’ll see progress in the first weeks, not months.

  • How do you collaborate with our teams?

    I work shoulder to shoulder with sales while staying tightly linked to Product, Marketing and Customer Success. I coach managers, run deal reviews, and make sure what we sell matches what we deliver.

  • What is your approach?

    I work with your team and leave them stronger. First I diagnose what’s really going on and design a simple plan with clear roles and targets. I build or level up the team and tools, and put the playbook in place. I enable through coaching and a steady weekly rhythm. Finally, I scale what works into new routes and regions.

  • Do you offer training?

    Yes. I run practical, on-the-job training workshops for sellers and managers. I tailor playbooks to how your buyers decide, and stay close enough to help your team apply it in live conversations so performance actually shifts, not just for a week but for good. I also run 1:1 sales leadership coaching.

  • Can you help us hire salespeople?

    Absolutely. I'll help you define the role, create the job description, design the interview process, and evaluate candidates. I can also support onboarding and training for new hires.oes here

  • What happens after our engagement ends?

    You should have everything you need to continue independently: documented processes, trained team members, established metrics, and clear systems. My goal isn't to make you dependent on me—it's to build something sustainable.

  • How do you price your work?

    I keep it simple and transparent. Fractional leadership is on a monthly retainer. Projects and workshops are fixed-fee. We’ll agree the scope together.
